I've loved the idea of showering in the great outdoors all my life. It seems so elemental. So rustic. So natural. It doesn't matter where the shower is located - Hawaii, Kenya, Montana, Greenland - I immediately romanticize it and wish it could be mine.
I especially love indoor/outdoor spaces that mean that you still have the view, but don't have to be so exposed. The inspiration for this post came from the bath below, designed by my friend and former co-worker John De Bastiani, featured in House Beautiful.
